An operator can monitor and control the operations of the machine completely hands free. Should the operator require expert help, an off-site expert can communicate to the operator over the internet. The expert is able to offer full 24/7 support. The operator can see and hear the expert and the expert can hear the operator and see the operator’s line of view. Thus instruction can be provided to the operator in order to troubleshoot serious problems. The expert can also view recorded video on a server to gather information on how well previous work has been carried out.
